Mr. Alstodt serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of BioRestorative Therapies Inc, a NASDAQ listed publicly traded emerging growth Biotechnology company (BRTX). Mr. Alstodt brings over 25 years of experience in leading medical technology and lifesciences companies in operations, capital raising activities, corporate strategy, licencing opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.
In 2015 Mr. Alstodt Founded MedVest Capital Corporation (“MedVest”), an investment firm focused exclusively within the healthcare sector, focusing on public and private investment opportunities along with strategic advisory services.
Prior to MedVest, Mr. Alstodt was a career investment banker with over 25 years of experience in healthcare investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions. During this time, Mr. Alstodt held a variety of senior leadership positions with a number of established investment banks.

Mr. Alstodt also serves on the Children’s Medical Fund of New York’s Board of Trustees (CMF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Northwell Health. CMF’s Board of Trustees, since inception, has raised over $90 million to fund the needs of seriously ill children and their families. Mr. Alstodt’s dedication to non-profit organizations demonstrates his long-standing commitment to serving those in need.
Mr. Alstodt is married to the love of his life and has 5 amazing children that all share in the love of family and philanthropy.
