Howard Tanney holds a MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. After working in finance for several years, he became a trader of oil and gas on the New York Mercantile Exchange, where he spent 27 years. He is currently the managing partner for SST Capital, which is an investment firm in New York. Howard has served on the CMF Board of Trustees for 20+ years and has also served as treasurer and President. He has also been on the Board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of NY, the New York Mercantile Exchange and is a past President of the Old Westbury Country Club. He is married with 5 children and resides in Roslyn, NY
